As a Member Solutions Associate (Collections) , you’ll be a trusted guide for our members, helping them navigate their financial journey with confidence and care. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission while working in an environment that celebrates personality, creativity, and connection. What You’ll Do Monitor member accounts for late or delinquent status and follow up via phone, email, text, or mail Connect with members to understand the reasons behind delinquency and help them create plans to bring accounts current Develop workout plans and collect on overdue accounts when possible Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our delinquent loan recovery system Review and resolve discrepancies in loan applications and credit bureau reports Recommend when to settle balances or initiate foreclosure/repossession proceedings Report negative account activity to ChexSystems Provide a professional, friendly, and empathetic experience with every interaction What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of collections experience Strong customer service and communication skills A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Team spirit and a desire to make a difference Ability to communicate clearly — both verbally and in writing Our Core Values At Buckeye, we live by three simple but powerful values: Connect – We pull together, energize each other, and build relationships Simplify – We reduce friction and make banking easy Adapt – We innovate, stay resilient, and embrace change Pay & Incentives $16.00–$18.00/hour Plus quarterly collections incentives The Perks of Being a Buckeye Award-Winning Culture Recognized as one of Northeast Ohio’s Top Places to Work for six straight years (2019–2024).
