Data Center Physical Security Manager – DC Security Amer-SouthWest Amazon is seeking an exceptional Data Center Security Manager to support security programs within cleared facilities, manage multiple security disciplines for fast‑moving classified operations, and protect personnel, national security information, and critical infrastructure from insider and external threats. The role includes managing onsite security forces and operating independently in a rapidly shifting environment. Key Responsibilities Manage physical security operations, including developing post orders and defining security procedures. Handle site incidents and work with security equipment such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems. Participate in construction projects, drive day‑to‑day process improvements, and manage vendors. Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures, and participate in recurring site audits and reviews. Test new security technologies and maintain resilience in the security posture. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems. 2+ years with Microsoft Office tools. 2+ years of security patrolling and reporting. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in security‑related documentation and reporting. 1+ year of experience with LENEL or C‑cure systems.

1. year of experience with trouble ticket systems for access requests and extraction of performance metrics.
2. years of experience with investigations including accidents, thefts, disturbances, and discrepancies.
