Receptionist | 7:30AM - 4:30PM | Mon - Fri | $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr

This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate looking for growth potential. The job is a full-time, long-term position with well-known construction company

Qualifications for Receptionist

Previous billing experience would be a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
2-3 years of office clerical experience
Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
Customer service personality
Experience answering multi-line phone systems preferred
Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities for Receptionist

Data Entry of time and material to support billing
Communicate with customer concerning schedules and billing
Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
Open and distribute mail
Answer phones
Keep filing current
Make post office trips
Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
