Overview Sentara Dedicated Care Center — Internal Medicine — Concierge Practice is hiring a full‑time Patient Service Coordinator in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on building relationships with patients, physicians, and co‑workers, providing world‑class service, and serving as the first point of contact for concierge patients. Location Norfolk, VA Schedule First (Days), Monday‑Friday dayshift. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with patients, physicians, and co‑workers by providing “world class” service. Serve as the first point of contact and ambassador for concierge patients. Utilize sales skills to retain patients within the practice. Maintain superior patient-provider relationships with the highest quality of care coordination. Ensure patient needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Work continuously to improve quality, efficiency, and service across all practice areas. Manage financial conversations to keep copays and membership fees up to date. Collaborate with team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
