Finance & Systems Analyst

International company is seeking a Finance & Systems Analyst to join its Accounting team in White Plains, NY. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both financial analysis and systems/process improvement. The position will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while also working closely with ERP and financial reporting systems, including SAP S/4HANA and JEDOX. The company is looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across departments, especially with Sales and Accounting teams. Key Responsibilities Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning Assist Sales team with submission of forecast and budget data, including sales, purchases, rebates, and expenses Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget and identify variances Prepare monthly cost center and profit center reports for management Support quarterly financial reporting to the parent company Reconcile data between SAP and JEDOX reporting systems Train and support internal users on JEDOX reporting tools Troubleshoot reporting/system issues and assist with testing new features Create ad hoc financial and management reports as needed Participate in digitalization and process improvement projects, including expense management systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or finance systems Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills in English Preferred Experience with JEDOX, financial planning software, or BI/reporting tools Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting processes Interest in process improvement and systems optimization #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Global Search LLC
