Supervisar los flujos operativos de distribución de fondos a través de la validación y monitoreo de la operativa de los clientes en el sistema, con la finalidad de siempre contar con los recursos para cumplir con las instrucciones de nuestros clientes en tiempo y forma.Elaborar indicadores para la Dirección de Operaciones y Dirección General, así como reportar de forma mensual el estatus de los mismos, esto en función al número de instrucciones ejecutadas / realizadas, volúmenes operados, etc., con la finalidad de tener claridad de la operativa y poder tomar decisiones.Generar estrategias para hacer eficientes los procesos del área, medir desempeño del equipo, mitigar riesgos y mejorar servicio al cliente a través del análisis de los indicadores y/o mediciones precisas para lograr la rentabilidad del negocio y satisfacción de los clientes. Validar y autorizar las conciliaciones necesarias que se realizan de forma diaria, a través de las operaciones pactadas contra los estados de cuenta operativos, con la finalidad de detectar a tiempo cualquier discrepancia en la operativa.Atender los requerimientos y oficios que envíen los reguladores sobre la distribución de fondos a través del direccionamiento al área soporte correspondiente y Cumplimiento, con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento a las normas, así como evitar multas.Dar atención inmediata y eficaz a las contingencias operativas a través de la aplicación de los planes de continuidad de negocio para minimizar el impacto en la operativa y evitar incumplimientos o riesgos.Dar apoyo y solución a las incidencias operativas a través de la generación de estrategias inmediatas que permitan minimizar los impactos a los clientes y/u operación.
