Bilingual B2B Sales Manager — Mandarin/English

Responsibilities Manage direct sales, wholesale sales to small toy retailers across the U.S. Work closely with and oversee sales rep groups. Handle the full sales process, including order management, payment collection, shipping, and after-sales support. Develop and manage online B2B sales channels, such as Faire, Marketime or other platforms. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving client issues. Visit customers to help optimize in-store displays, increase sales, and drive reorders. Support and manage sales rep groups by providing regular training, showroom samples, and catalog updates. Requirements Speak both English and Mandarin. More than 1 year working experience in B2B sales position. Familiarity with B2B sales platforms like Faire or MarketTime.
