Sales Representative

Bilingual Sales Representatives

We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with strong experience in closing sales, both over the phone and in the field.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Sales experience, preferably in construction-related or service industries
• Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment of USA Glass
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role)
• For field positions: ability to visit job sites, identify opportunities, and bring in new clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in glass products, building materials, or construction-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of different types of glass, their applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel locally for client visits and site consultations.
• Familiarity with local building codes and architectural applications is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday - Saturday with one day off within those days.

Compensation:

• $15/hr + commissions on sales
• Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance

Training:

• Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
