Business Development Manager – Restoration & Construction (Sarasota & Manatee Counties)

We are a  tech-enabled, high-performance full-service restoration company. We act fast, deliver quality, and earn trust. From emergency response to full rebuilds, we provide water, fire, mold, and construction solutions that property owners, managers, and insurers rely on.

We are seeking to add a  strategic Business Development professional to expand our presence in Sarasota & Manatee. If you’re driven by relationships, motivated by growth, and excited about uncapped earnings — this role is for you.

About the Role

This is a  strategic growth position for a high-energy professional who thrives on creating partnerships and generating revenue. You’ll be another face of Above & Beyond in the community, strengthening our referral network and ensuring we’re the  first call for restoration and rebuild needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage referral partnerships with property managers, Commercial Contractors, HOAs, Builders, Insurance agents and trades.

2. Drive new opportunities through meetings, outreach, events, and community engagement.

3. Educate partners with lunch-and-learns, CE classes, toolbox talks, and networking activities.

4. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction.

5. Track activity, pipeline, and wins in CRM — maintaining accountability to KPIs.

What Success Looks Like

1. A strong portfolio of  active referral partners producing consistent opportunities.

2.  Closed revenue growth at target margins, month over month.

3. Above & Beyond recognized as the  go-to restoration and construction partner in Sarasota & Manatee.

What You Bring

1. 3–7+ years in outside sales, business development, or account management.

2. Experience in  restoration, construction, property services, or insurance (preferred but not required).

3. Strong relationship-builder with confidence presenting to groups, and high energy.

4. Disciplined, KPI-driven, and eager to grow both income and career.

Compensation & Benefits

1. 50k base salary +  uncapped commission (with accelerators). Base 50k Full

2. Car allowance, cell stipend, PTO, paid holidays, and benefits.
