We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, project timeline execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication across multiple organizational groups to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and business teams.Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.Track project milestones, dependencies, action items, and resource allocation.Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Proficiency with project management toolsSkills:Time Management, Stakeholder Support & Management, Project Timeline Managementand Cross-Functional CommunicationExceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Project Timeline ManagementExperience in creating and managing project schedules and milestones.Ability to identify timeline risks and proactively adjust plans.Strong resource planning and dependency management skills.Experience working directly with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.Ability to build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles.Skilled in managing expectations and providing clear project status reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to serve as a communication hub across multiple teams and organizational levels.Experience coordinating activities among technical, operational, and business stakeholders.Strong meeting facilitation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.Experience managing enterprise technology or infrastructure projects.Experience supporting healthcare, large enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.Success Factors:Strong leadership and accountability.Proactive problem-solving abilities.Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.Ability to drive projects forward while balancing stakeholder needs and business priorities.Consistent execution of project timelines and deliverables through effective communication and coordination.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $85,000 - $95,000Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, and 401(k)Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Location: Northeast: In-person (Cherry Hill, NJ OR, West Caldwell, NJ, OR Brooklyn, NY, OR Melville, NY)EEO Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
