Join the growing team in Fort Worth and make your impact today. What You Will Do: Develop and manage long-term customer relationships to drive profitable rental growth within an assigned territory. Prospect new rental customers through jobsite visits, referrals, and targeted outreach, while maintaining a strong presence with existing accounts. Assess customer needs by understanding project scope, timelines, and equipment requirements to recommend effective rental solutions. Quote-to-contract: generate rental quotes and complete contracts, documentation, and system entries to ensure accurate transactions. Own the rental process: from initial contact through delivery, return, and postrental follow. What You Will Need: Sales experience: prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training. Customer-focused mindset: ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships. Strong organization skills: able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across a territory. Communication skills: clear, professional verbal and written communication. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
