Product Designer

To support the mission of accelerating the energy transition, the full-time Product Designer will work remotely or from the Seattle office, focusing on end-to-end design processes, conducting user research, and developing innovative solutions to enhance the renewable energy procurement experience. Key responsibilities Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across the platform Conduct user research and analyze quantitative data to translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve user satisfaction Collaborate with product designers, managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design within B2B SaaS and startup environments Strong empathy for users with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful design solutions Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with familiarity in HTML and CSS considered a plus A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and problem-solving skills Ability to balance elegant and scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs
