Your Responsibilities:
As a Freight Broker at HFS, you'll:
- Utilize your 1+ years of experience and established book of business to excel in the role
- Quote and secure truckload shipments, negotiating the best deals for clients and carriers
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and carriers alike
- Maximize profitability by strategically negotiating price, service, and terms
- Seize dedicated contract opportunities and drive growth through proactive bidding
