Ideal candidate: possessuperior customer service skills--veterinary experience highly preferred hasstrong communication skills isself-motivated works well on a team hasschedulingflexibility is aquick learner has 1-2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary setting. Job Skills / Requirements: Experience as a receptionist required. Organizationand tremendousattention to detailis a must. Must beable to multi-taskand manage time effectively. Excellent communicationandlistening skills. Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette. Computer skillsrequired. Accurateaccounting skillsare a must. Strongproblem-solvingabilities (judgment, logic, creativity,conflict resolution). Required licenses: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.
