Construction Superintendent

Steady work, leadership on active job sites, and the ability to run projects with real autonomy. This role supports a well-established commercial construction operation focused on quality builds, strong field execution, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The Superintendent leads daily jobsite operations, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across one or more projects. What You’ll Do Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor schedules, progress, and quality of work Enforce safety standards and jobsite organization Conduct inspections, track deficiencies, and manage punch lists Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain daily logs Communicate project updates with the project team What We’re Looking For Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong leadership and jobsite coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of safety standards and construction processes Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals – Hawaii
