Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in St. Louis, MO. The Customer Service Specialist will handle daily customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective support. Responsibilities include managing customer calls, maintaining professional phone etiquette, assisting with service-related concerns, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance service quality is also a key aspect of the role.
