X Ray Technologist

We are looking for a motivated and dependable X-RayTechnician who can also assist with Medical Assistant (MA) dutiesto join our multi-specialty practice in Monroe, NY . This is afull-time position for a candidate who is flexible, patient-focused, andcomfortable working in a busy clinical environment. The ideal candidate must have a valid X-raytechnician certification and be willing to support both imaging andfront-line clinical tasks as needed. Responsibilities PerformX-ray imaging in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols Preparepatients for imaging procedures and explain the process Ensureproper imaging quality and patient safety Assistwith Medical Assistant duties as needed, including: Takingvital signs Assistingproviders with exams and procedures Basicclinical support and patient intake Maintainequipment and report any issues appropriately FollowHIPAA, safety, and infection control procedures Workcollaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff Qualifications Experiencein a medical office, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred Abilityto assist with MA responsibilities when needed Stronginterpersonal and communication skills Dependable,flexible, and team-oriented Comfortableworking full-time in a fast-paced practice Compensation Salary range of app. $24–$32 per hour , dependingon certification and experience.
