About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Creative (Creative Director) to be the senior creative leader, ensuring that creative strategy, brand stewardship, and operational excellence are in line with the company's growth agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading creative strategies that support customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning, and will be tasked with establishing the annual creative vision and performance scorecard. This role requires a champion of creative quality, consistency, and effectiveness, with a focus on using audience insights and emerging channels to enhance engagement and conversion. The VP, Head of Creative will also be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing creative organization, improving creative operating models, and partnering with various business functions to support major initiatives. Applicants for the VP, Head of Creative position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading and building creative teams, with a proven track record of senior creative leadership and a strong connection between creative strategy and business growth.
