Market ManagerCompany: Hanes Companies Inc. Position: Market Manager Location: Grapevine, TX 76051Job Duties:Set sales strategy for the residential fabrics market.Manage the inside sales team and customer service representatives.Guide outside sales team in identifying new residential opportunities and regain business and clients.Manage assigned mid Atlantic, Florida, mid-west, and HF national accounts for growth.Manage Hanes Hospitality accounts for a growing share in this market segment.Monitor competitive threats and collaborate with the Product Management Teams to ensure maximum profitability.Review price guidelines and prepare quarterly budgets, updating as required.All price inquiries for existing products should be handled within 24 hours.Evaluate all sales and profitability reports to identify trends and provide insights.Direct the sales force activities, both direct and indirect reports, to optimize resource allocation for growing sales and profits.Communicate product and market related issues to the sales force, including coordinating training programs.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.Travel to meet with customers as needed.Job Requirements:Must have a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Innovation & Change Management, or Marketing.Must have 3 years of experience as a Market Manager, Product Manager, or a related product management role.The 3 years of experience must include experience with: product management in the nonwoven, woven, and composite fabrics manufacturing industry; hospitality, residential drapery linings, and automotive textiles; setting, implementing, and executing on sales and market growth strategies; forecasting and evaluating sales performance metrics including customer usage, gross profit, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), contribution margin, Profit & Loss (P&L) and annualized Return on Investment (ROI); managing operations including salespeople, inventory control, customer service, quality control, and factory and warehouse activity; Power BI; Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Microsoft Office Suite for complex data analysis, including designing scalable spreadsheets, structuring data, auditing and debugging formulas, creating reusable templates, and integrating tables with other tools; creating complex formulas, pivot tables, pivot charts, and macros; and Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).Must travel 35% domestically to key client sites and major industry trade shows.To Apply Submit resume to for the Market Manager role in Grapevine, TX.Hanes Companies is a people-first organization dedicated to providing a complete benefits package for our employees and their families.
