Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents and clearly identify individualized care needs to create effective treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies that meet each resident's unique requirements.

• Educate family members and other caregivers about emotional support strategies to enhance the emotional well-being and overall quality of life for elderly clients.

• Offer specialized grief and loss counseling for seniors and their families who are managing end-of-life issues and experiences.

Qualifications\n
