How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Provide direct, patient-centered care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and monitoring for treatment-related complications.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting patient status and communicating changes to the care team to support optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate care across physicians, oncology specialists, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless treatment, patient education, and safe discharge planning.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1 year RN acute care experience STRONGLY preferred.
