VP and General Counsel Americas (Indianapolis)

Position Overviewdormakaba is seeking a VP and General Counsel Americas based in Indianapolis, IN (hybrid). The VP and General Counsel Americas reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for providing senior-level, practical, business-focused legal leadership directly influencing the commercial trajectory and risk profile of the American market (including USA, Canada, Central, and South America). Working within a highly collaborative legal group, the VP and General Counsel will navigate complex cross-border business models and bring seasoned executive judgment to an evolving operational landscape. This is a broad-scope leadership role for an expert generalist who drives organizational growth by delivering clear legal guidance that moves the business forward in a technology-driven manufacturing and SaaS environment.The expected annual base salary range for this Vice President position is $200,000 - $280,000 USD. This position is also eligible for participation in dormakaba's executive incentive programs, including both Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) opportunities. The total compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, leadership capabilities, expertise, and overall qualifications.
