Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, identifying their unique needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Engage proactively with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering ongoing guidance and support throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a counselor, you will be expected to demonstrate cultural competency and tailor your approach to resonate with the diverse needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely therapy sessions and accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
