The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and HR operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively while creating a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. They will maintain employee records, administer benefits, support payroll processing, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist in employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will also organize training programs, performance evaluations, employee recognition activities, and wellness initiatives. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for building productive relationships across all departments. Responsibilities Manage recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate employee training and development. Support payroll and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist with performance management processes. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement programs. Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
