REQUIREMENTS

Educational and Experience Requirements: A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating outstanding profit and guest service-related goals. Qualifications/Skills and Abilities Requirement s: Excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
