Customer Service Advisor - Part-time

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the location, greeting guests and ensuring they leave confident and cared for. Responsibilities Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Listen to guests' needs and accurately capture the services their vehicle requires. Explain options clearly and offer tailored recommendations, no pressure, just honest advice. Keep guests updated throughout the service so there are zero surprises. Share manufacturer recommendations and product knowledge to help guests make informed decisions. Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventive maintenance services. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or any service environment where people skills came first.
