Screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates. Preparing and posting job advertisements online and within the community. Facilitating orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Promoting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the local market. Organizing and participating in job fairs and presentations. Maintaining compliance of personnel records and ensuring readiness for audits. Collaborating with branch leadership and internal teams to meet staffing needs. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Team We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people and driven to make a difference. Ideal candidates have: Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (including but not limited to MS office) The ability to organize recruitment events like job fairs.
