Business Finance Manager

Responsibilities Standardize, enhance, and maintain routine executive‑ready financial reporting and analysis for all Customer Success functions, including the Professional Services business. Enhance and maintain a Quarterly Business Review package for each Customer Success Regional Leader, conveying key performance metrics and areas needing attention/action. Support compensation management for Customer Success teams, including bonus plan design, performance analysis, and quarterly payout execution. Assist the Customer Insights team with analytics around customer behavior, including retention, expansion, churn, product adoption, and customer health. Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, or investment decisions. Create opportunities to leverage AI solutions in day‑to‑day activities. Requirements 7-9 years of experience in Finance or Consulting (SaaS experience preferred) Experience in compensation analysis, and/or commission/bonus administration preferred Experience using AI‑powered tools for analysis, reporting, or productivity preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results and operational metrics into a clear business narrative Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and present actionable insights #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
