Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Our organization is in search of a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
- Develop and manage tailored treatment plans for individuals.
- Oversee and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide training and support to parents to enhance their involvement in the treatment process.
- Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to facilitate client progress.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
