At Mary Free Bed at Home, we're looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

This position supports patients in Muskegon and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant with:

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; previous home health experience preferred.
• Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
