Business Operations Associate

Owning the systems and day-to-day operations for the commercial team, the full-time remote Business Operations Associate will build automations and processes that enhance sales efficiency while collaborating across CRM, accounting, marketing, product, and business development functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the systems and daily operations of the commercial team to enable sales representatives to focus on selling Develop CRM automations and reporting to eliminate bottlenecks and improve business development insights Coordinate with accounting, marketing, and product teams to streamline invoicing, fulfill commercial requests, and align operational efforts Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations supporting a commercial team Hands-on experience with CRM workflow administration and automation Strong process orientation with a proven ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks independently Ability to work collaboratively across accounting, marketing, and product functions Demonstrated ownership and clear communication skills in a remote work environment
