Account Administrator

Job Summary: Lockton Affinity, in Overland Park, KS, is searching for an Account Administrator to join our Program Benefits team. This person will be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external clients, including inbound call support for potential and existing members. The Account Administrator will support a team of Account Managers as well as answer customer inquiries, educate members on available benefit plans and coverage options, process service requests, and coordinate renewal and new business paperwork.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for routine service and administration, which includes responding to client inquiries, documentation and reporting, and issue resolution Provide inbound call support to potential and existing members, delivering timely, professional assistance and accurate information Educate potential and existing members on benefit plan options, eligibility, enrollment processes, and general plan features Support benefit marketing efforts, including the production of Request for Proposals and coordination of vendor responses Accurately input and maintain client and prospect information in Lockton Affinity's data management systems Partner with team leaders, Producers, sales, and service associates to support the overall goals of Lockton Affinity Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required Required Life & Health insurance licenses or ability to obtain immediately Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time sensitive deadline Demonstrated professionalism and critical thinking skill Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) or similar software application The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by Associates within this classification.
