Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to ascertain the mental health requirements of clients.

• Assist clients with discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring a smooth transition to community resources and ongoing support.

You will be working primarily with individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Strong proficiency with various computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and electronic medical records platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage time and responsibilities in a self-directed manner.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in crisis intervention, knowledge of community resources, and familiarity with telehealth technologies will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
