Elite Care Specialist (Float Position)

Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.

We are hiring exceptional caregivers for flexible scheduling opportunities with premium expectations.

Service Area

This is a Float Position serving clients throughout the Middle Tennessee area . Caregivers must be comfortable traveling between client homes and supporting care needs across multiple communities.

Shifts Available

We currently offer 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling:

• Monday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday & Monday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity and professionalism across multiple client locations.

White Glove Welcome Team (Float Opportunity)

Support new client starts, care transitions, and team development. These specialists help set the tone for the Matriarch experience and model excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and support
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure a safe, respectful home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and families
• Uphold Matriarch's high standards of care and service

Additional Responsibilities

• Support new client onboarding
• Travel between client homes as needed
• Mentor and guide new caregivers
• Ensure precise care plan execution
• Provide coverage for care transitions and staffing needs throughout the service area

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving, CNA, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Compassionate and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Middle Tennessee
• Flexible availability preferred
