This role assists with maintaining employee records, coordinating training, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and hospitality. This position plays an important role in fostering a welcoming workplace culture where associates feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What Is Required High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. 1+ year of Human Resources, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with associates and leaders in a fast-paced hotel environment. Passion for hospitality and creating a positive associate experience.
