About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer. This pivotal role demands a strategic operator with a strong background in marketing, business operations, or strategy, particularly within a complex, fast-growing technology environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CMO, responsible for bringing structure to the global marketing organization, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring that the team is aligned with commercial impact. Key responsibilities include owning and enhancing the marketing operating rhythm, managing information flow, leading high-priority initiatives, and driving coordination across various partner teams. The role also involves supporting the CMO in high-stakes moments, leading digital transformation, and creating visible mechanisms for progress and accountability. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in relevant leadership positions and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
