Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Legal Assistant for a client in the downtown Albuquerque area . This is a direct hire opportunity and is 100% in person .

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented candidate with prior legal office experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with trial preparation and workers’ compensation cases .

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative and clerical support in a legal office setting
• Assist with trial preparation, case files, and legal documentation
• Support workers’ compensation case management
• Organize, review, and maintain confidential documents and files
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and office staff
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with deadlines
• Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and other office support duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

Requirements:

• Previous legal assistant experience required
• Workers’ compensation experience required
• Trial preparation experience required
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and professional
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must be dependable and able to work fully onsite
