Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental and emotional health.

• Developing detailed treatment plans that align with clients' identified needs, issues, and personal goals.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions, addressing an array of mental health concerns while providing a nurturing space for clients to express themselves.

• Leading couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts, which in turn strengthens relationships.

• Regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans to ensure they reflect clients' progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including teens navigating developmental challenges, adults dealing with life transitions, and couples working to improve their relationships. Each client's unique situation will guide your therapeutic approach, allowing for personalized care that respects their journey.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure: Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.
\n
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and/or couples therapy.
\n
• Assessment Skills: Proficient in conducting thorough evaluations and formulating actionable treatment plans.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous work with both children and adults is highly desirable.

• Experience in remote therapy practices, including familiarity with telehealth technologies, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
