Senior Accounting Analyst

We’re partnering with a fast-growing warehousing/storage company, now part of a global, publicly traded parent. They’re building out their North American finance function and need a Senior Accounting Analyst.

What you’ll do

• Own the full O2C cycle: AR, cash application, collections, credit, reconciliations and month-end close
• Document and standardize processes across North American entities
• Find the root causes behind billing, collection and cash issues, then drive the fixes
• Track and report KPIs such as DSO, aging, unapplied cash and deductions
• Help with ERP selection and automation as the company moves off Sage 100

Growth opportunities

• Help build a new shared services model over the next 12–18 months
• A path to leading people, with a direct report planned once you’re established
• Hands-on IFRS experience as the company converts from US GAAP
• ERP evaluation and implementation work on your resume
• The company plans to double revenue in 3 years, through organic growth and acquisitions, so there’s room to grow with it

What you bring

• 6–8 years in O2C, AR or a related accounting role
• A background in both public and corporate accounting is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, solid Excel and ERP experience, and comfort with ambiguity
