Job Description Job Description Job description: Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour Available Shifts Warehouse Freezer Crew Member: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – Finish Order Puller (Night Shift): Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – Finish Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Certified Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating reach trucks, moving inventory efficiently, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 30°ree;F to 40°ree;F. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Responsibilities Safely operate a certified reach forklift and other warehouse equipment. Unload products from incoming trailers and store them in designated warehouse or freezer locations. Move inventory to racks, pallets, or staging areas for storage and shipment. Accurately stock, replenish, and organize inventory. Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies or quality concerns. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs. Maintain accurate inventory and equipment logs. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures between 30°ree;F and 40°ree;F. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience required. Current Reach Forklift Certification required. Previous experience operating a Reach Truck required. Experience working in refrigerated, chilled, or freezer warehouse environments preferred. Ability to work comfortably in a 30°ree;F to 40°ree;F refrigerated environment for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Excellent hand-eye coordination and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods. Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
