Front Desk Representative

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk representative at our Lennox SD location. As a Front Desk team member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at the Front Desk.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
