Business Office Manager

Job Summary:

Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Helena, Montana. As a key member of our administrative team, the Business Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office, including financial management, billing, and resident registration. About the Role:

As a Business Office Manager at Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:

Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
Billing and Insurance: Manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies.
Resident Registration: Coordinate patient registration, including verifying patient demographic information and updating electronic medical records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards.
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Requirements:

Experience and training in skilled nursing accounting preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records and billing software
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred

Pay Range:

Pay rate is based off of experience. Low range starts at $58,000.00/Year.
