Overview Rocky Mountain Eye Center is seeking a motivated Office Manager to lead the daily operations of the Helena office. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and creating an outstanding experience for both patients and employees. Lead and support clinic staff while partnering with leadership to maintain a positive, patient-centered culture. Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, PTO requests, timekeeping, and performance management. Coordinate facility operations, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Monitor operational performance and help drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA requirements. Qualifications Previous office management, healthcare administration, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
