Job Title: Construction Administrator Job Description Seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support construction projects by managing contractual notices, ensuring compliance, and coordinating across stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining contractual integrity, documentation accuracy, and commercial alignment within a Contract Administration function. Responsibilities Draft, review, and issue formal contractual notices such as delay notices, change notifications, and claims correspondence in alignment with contract requirements. Ensure all notices are clear, accurate, and delivered within required contractual timeframes. Align notices with the Project Organization Plan and established document control procedures. Verify compliance with Owner requirements including Code of Accounts, Change Control Plan, and risk management protocols. Receive and process notices from the General Contractor and maintain the Notice Register daily. Distribute notices to appropriate stakeholders and follow up for timely responses and resolution. Maintain communication logs to ensure full traceability of all correspondence. Partner with Project Management, Legal, and Construction teams to validate notice content, risk exposure, and contractual implications. Leverage commercial acumen to guide stakeholder engagement and support dispute avoidance/resolution. Upload and manage all notices within enterprise systems such as Procore, SharePoint, or QuickBase. Ensure documentation meets audit requirements and quality standards. Track critical notice deadlines and maintain complete records for compliance. Provide ongoing support to the Contract Administration Team on commercially driven tasks. Assist with archiving and organizing commercial documentation. Essential Skills Proficiency in Procore, QuickBase, and SharePoint. Experience in construction administration and document control. Strong skills in MS Office Suite. 7+ years of experience in construction contract administration, claims, or notice management. Understanding of construction contract terms and conditions, including schedule, change management, and claims. High attention to detail with strong written communication skills. Ability to coordinate across cross-functional project teams and manage competing deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with data entry. Project coordination experience. Work Environment Position can be on-site in Boise or local to Portland, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days at the Lake Oswego office if in Portland. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lake Oswego, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
