Night Auditor - Marriott University of Dayton / Dayton OH - Part Time Do you enjoy guest interaction? Are you a numbers person? As a 3rd shift night auditor, you will reconcile the day's receipts, run shift reports, balance the day's activities, check in late-night guests, and check out early morning guests. You will monitor abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel, and track potential weather issues that could threaten our guests' safety. Role Responsibilities Process credit card transactions, including restaurant, events, and lounge transactions. Handle phone system, transfer calls, and manage reservations. Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability. Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures. Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from the day shift. Prepare folios for morning departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup when necessary. Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures. Qualifications 1–2 years of hotel night auditor experience preferred. Experience with front desk operations and hotel accounting systems. Strong attention to detail and accurate arithmetic skills.
