Proudly lifting up St. Louis since 1983, Club Brands is employee-owned and rooted in our community, committed to delivering an experience that improves lives, starting with our team.If you’ve got a vibrant personality, a passion for fitness, and love helping people—you’ll fit right in.Primary ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival and departure.Conduct engaging and captivating tours to new and prospective members.Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment and locker rooms, in line with operational excellence standards.Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.Process retail and concession sales accurately.Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities.Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and follow all opening/closing procedures.Complete timely and accurate member incident reports.Kids Club Responsibilities (as business needs require)Check children in/out of Kids Club.Provide a safe, controlled, and nurturing environment.Clean and disinfect all toys, furniture, and facilities after each session.Communicate professionally with parents, addressing concerns or issues promptly.SkillsExcellent customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively with both staff and membersStrong attention to detailAbility to problem solve and discern when to escalate member concerns/issuesAbility to multitask.Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends.Why You’ll Love Working for Club BrandsEmployee Owned – Club Brands is employee-owned, and that means you have a voice. Requires the ability to stand, walk or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday—the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
