What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care in ER, Med/Surg, PCU, and float roles in a rural hospital setting.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Administer medications following the six rights, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac and hemodynamic data, and respond promptly to patient changes.
• Educate patients and families on their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Assist physicians with procedures as needed, demonstrating technical skills and manual dexterity.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Work independently in a small, close-knit facility, quickly adapting to patient needs.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 1+ year relevant clinical experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on night shifts

• Experience in rural or small hospital settings
• Flexible in scheduling and adaptable to unit needs
