. Active Bar Admission

in the

applicable jurisdiction

, in good standing 2–5 years

of experience within a

State Attorney General's Office Significant

trial experience

required Strong understanding of

civil investigative demands, regulatory enforcement actions, and government investigations Familiarity with multistate investigations and coordination among state regulatory agencies Background handling investigative, litigation, or enforcement matters involving government entities Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent

legal writing,

communication, and advocacy skills Ability to

manage multiple complex matters

while maintaining attention to detail Sound judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to client service Collaborative professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment Experience with California, New York, or Texas Attorney General offices is particularly desirable Key Responsibilities Represent

clients in

federal regulatory litigation

consumer class litigation Assist with civil investigative demands, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement proceedings

Support internal and external

investigations

matters Develop strategies

for navigating complex compliance, regulatory, and enforcement issues Conduct legal research

draft

motions, briefs, memoranda, and related

litigation documents Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to provide practical, business-focused legal advice Manage trial preparation

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary:
