Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Looking for an experienced full‑time Physical Therapist for an in‑house opportunity at Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ. Shift: FULL‑TIME. Measure and record residents' function, gait, strength, ROM, balance, and mobility. Observe residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation. Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. Treat residents with a variety of techniques, including soft‑tissue mobilization and exercise progression. Help residents use necessary equipment and devices. Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve function. Maintain residents' confidentiality. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to the entire team's efforts and goals. Requirements Graduate of an accredited PT program.
