Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)

Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Python Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development and AWS services , with a focus on building robust, high-performance solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python and AWS services
Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using AWS tools like Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
Work with large datasets using Pandas, PySpark , or similar frameworks
Integrate AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Python development
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, EC2, Redshift, DynamoDB)
Strong experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments
Experience with version control tools like Git
